Rusty Steel Plate Material

Day 5 of making a material every day, today I took a long walk around my college campus, and along with ripping my pants on a guardrail and scaling a cliff wall I photographed a ton of interesting materials and textures, one of which was this steel plate outside of a dorm building. This one gave me a ton of different insights about how materials are made and how they are worn, along with how sand and dirt might collect on them. I think next week I have to work on my pebble creation though because the salt on this one and the rocks scattered on the one I did the for day 6 are pretty boring and geometrical
